Who We Are
Meet the Team
A seasoned Management Consultant and Leadership Trainer with a strong background in frontline development at Toyota Indonesia. He specializes in leadership, personal branding, communication skills, and service improvement. His training is grounded in the Toyota Way, built around problem-solving and continuous improvement.
An economist with over a decade of work in economic research, policy analysis, and development strategy. Akbar also leads the Research, Training & Advisory division at Samudera Konsultan Indonesia. His background spans engagements with the World Bank, USAID, UNDP, and the UK’s FCDO on public financial management and macroeconomic policy, and he brings that into research-led training and advisory work.
A people development specialist with a background in psychology. She leads work on leadership development, organizational culture, and behaviour-driven workshops across a range of industries.
A Senior Productivity Instructor with broad corporate coaching experience across Kaizen, Green Productivity, productivity measurement, supervision, and quality-control circles. Cahyo holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Indonesia and a master’s from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and is a certified Green Productivity Specialist accredited by the Asian Productivity Organisation. He teaches that improvement holds when the steps are small and repeated.
